Shipping & Delivery 

Shipping Policy

We ship across the European Union (EU) from our warehouse in Nijkerk, the Netherlands. At this time, we do not ship to non-EU countries or remote areas outside standard courier coverage.

Shipping Time

Orders typically arrive within 3-7 business days after dispatch. In rare cases, there may be delays due to unforeseen circumstances. If you do not receive your order within 14 business days, please contact us at support@rictor.com for assistance.

 

Shipping Cost

We offer free shipping on all our electric bikes across the EU.

Signature Service

Due to the high value of electric bikes, we offer an optional signature-required delivery service. If you prefer this service, please indicate your request when placing the order, and we will add it accordingly.

Shipping Carriers

All orders are shipped via reliable EU logistics partners, including DHL, DPD, UPS, or similar couriers, depending on the destination.

Loss, Theft, or Damage Disclaimer

We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items caused by courier services. If you are concerned about security during delivery, we recommend selecting the “Signature Required” option.

Damage to the outer packaging does not necessarily mean the item itself is damaged. Due to the nature of shipping and handling, minor packaging damage may occur. If you notice significant damage upon delivery, please report it to the carrier immediately and file a claim. Our Customer Service team is available to assist with any product-related issues.

Return & Refund

Return Policy

We understand that you may need to cancel or return your order for various reasons. To ensure a smooth process, please review our return policy before making a purchase.

Returns of New and Unused Items – Within 30 Days of Receipt

We accept returns of new and unused items within 30 days of receipt for a full refund. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

For pre-owned or used items, a 20% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund, along with the return shipping costs.

This return policy applies only to purchases made directly through the RICTOR website. If you purchased a product from another platform, please contact the respective platform’s customer service for after-sales support.

Return Conditions & Process

• If the returned electric bike has been used or ridden, it will not be eligible for return, and you may be charged additional usage fees.

• You are responsible for the return shipping costs and any potential damage incurred during transit.

• If the returned item arrives at our warehouse damaged, the cost of repairs and processing fees will be deducted from the final refund.

Refund Process

• Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will process your refund via the original payment method, minus any applicable fees.

• Refunds typically take 3-7 working days to appear in your account after processing.

All returns must be shipped to our warehouse in Nijkerk, The Netherlands. If you need assistance with a return, please contact our customer service team.

 

Warranty

12-Month Limited Warranty Policy

This warranty coverage applies to all Rictor electric bikes purchased within the European Union from rictor.com. If you purchased your bike from an authorized dealer outside our official website, please contact your original dealer for after-sales service.

All Rictor e-bike owners within the EU are entitled to lifetime troubleshooting support from the Rictor Customer Service Team.

Shipping & Availability

• Warranty services and replacement parts are only available for customers within the European Union.

•  We currently do not offer warranty coverage or shipping services to countries or regions outside the EU.

Warranty Scope

The electric bike frame is covered against structural damage resulting from defects in materials or workmanship. However, cosmetic damages such as scratches or dents are not covered.

Warranty Periods

• Key components (motor, controller, charger, battery): 12 months

• Frame & body: 12 months

• Brake lever, throttle, front/rear lights, display panel: 6 months

• Consumable parts (handlebars, foot pads, bells): 3 months

If the defect is due to a manufacturing issue within the warranty period, Rictor will cover all transportation and repair costs. If the damage is caused by misuse, accidents, or modifications, the customer will bear all related costs.

Warranty Start Date

The warranty begins from the date of delivery of the original purchase and applies when the product is used in accordance with Rictor's published guidelines.
